As the information and communications arm of the Office of the Press Secretary in Malacanang, the ICTU maintains the websites of the Office of the President and Presidential Management Staff and is at the forefront of developing avant-garde government websites and sees to it that technological tools available today are effectively used and implemented for national information sharing and communication.
